I graduated from Western Washington University in June of 2008 with a degree in journalism. I received numerous awards for my work as a student journalist while at Western, including the Veteran Reporter Award and recognition as a student scholar.

I have real world experience as a professional video journalist and video editor for the Bellingham Herald. My work as a print journalist and columnist has been published in numerous Washington publications. I also have extensive experience as a professional Web designer. You will find that I bring an exceptional work ethic to whatever job I may do.
